By accessing or using our website and services, including but not limited to premium exterior washing and waxing, interior deep cleaning and conditioning, paint correction and ceramic coatings, headlight restoration, engine bay detailing, odor removal, leather treatment, and scratch removal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Provided

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge for the booked service.

- Personal Items: We recommend removing all valuable or sensitive personal items from your vehicle before dropping it off for service. While we exercise utmost care, Dragonfly Detailing Co is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dragonfly Detailing Co will perform all services with professional diligence and care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, damage caused by faulty vehicle components, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising out of the services rendered shall be limited to the cost of the detailing service provided.
